Homemade Enchilada Sauce
15 oz tomato sauce*
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dried cilantro
1/4 tsp cumin
1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne(opt)
Mix all ingredients together. May be heated or served at once.
* Or substitute 1 6oz can tomato paste and 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes,pureed in blender
