Flexible!

Last night Bri took the family out for dinner. So tonight will be the scalloped potatoes sans the ham and some fish I have thawed and need to cook.

Not sure what kind of fish it is. It is a thick white steak. I'll just pop it in the oven basted with butter and garlic the last half the potatoes are in and call it good.

Grocery day tomorrow = GREEN salads and vegetables! So ready after all of the holiday feasting!
